You should let the giveaway creator know, to give them a chance to right the situation.
If it cannot be resolved, then mark it Not Received.

I would say, talk with the creator. If he asks for it, accept to delete the GA. Unless I would suspect, that he did it on purpose, I would try to avoid marking it Not Received.

That is totally up to OP, he is not forced to do so. Of course it would be the nice move, but rules are rules :)

Don't mark it as "not received" without even trying to resolve the situation. By the way, since you've got the half of the package it's not completely accurate to mark it as "not received".

Contact the GA creator — they may have a separate key for DLC. They also may want to contact the store or the seller from which they bought the key. In case they can't/won't solve the problem — contact support. Mods can change the package GA for the game GA. Since the game and the package have the same name it may be a simple mistake.

That's quite the confusing naming scheme, the base game is named Poöf, with an umlaut on the second "o", while the package -and thus the name you see on activation prompts- is simply named Poof, without the umlaut (see "store name")... as is the bundle, which, however, includes the soundtrack.

Safe to assume that a few users, after getting the key from the Indie Gala Gameplay Giveaway, and seeing it called "Poof" when trying to activate it, chose that ID thinking the two might be different games, without actually checking the links where they'd have noticed they're actually the same, just with or without the soundtrack - and they accidentally chose the version with it, while the actual key doesn't have it.

The solution is easy, as the "change giveaway game" ticket category is meant to be used exactly in cases like this, to change the giveaway to point to a different version of the same game. You just need to agree to that, no need to mark it not received (but be prepared to wait for a potentially long time).

Hi, it may have been a genuine mistake. As others have mentioned, the naming scheme for this is confusing, and neither of them says "deluxe" or "inc. soundtrack", so I can understand the honest confusion caused.

Discuss with the giveaway creator, and sort it out based on what can be done. You did receive something, but the soundtrack was never bundled separately as far as I know. so it may make it hard for creator to resolve without deletion.
