I was elite in LIMBO, but the check mark for hardcore did not show up. Nonetheless, I just rapidly clicked the 'Check your reward' button and it eventually worked.

Mine wont even track that I have played Limbo.. I have 12 hours on Steam but Raptr says I have none, I had no chance. ¬¬

I got one, but I checked that limbo had upgraded before this went live. The real problem is just insufficient supply, and raptr can't control that.

I ranked up, to hardcore. I verified ahead of time that it was marked on raptr.

I think everyone had this problem, but what you had to do was to click on the "Check Reward" (or whatever it was called exactly) button. This re-synced you with Raptr. Don't know why it was not automatic though. Maybe too much strain on their system with thousands of people grabbing at 200 or so codes.

I checked both before I hit the button, and Psychonauts confirmed the limbo hardcore status, while stacking did not (I already had psychonauts) and it didn't change after...
Shame, I was camping the Stacking one out for a week and ready to claim at the very second it went up :|

I am elite on both LIMBO and Costume Quest and couldn't claim it because I didn't have the rank requirement.

My point is already stated in the first comment, every one is upset about not getting the game that was so "rightfully theirs" and this amuses me. Go to the homes of the 600 people who got their game and beat them up till they understand that you could have had that copy.

Well i don't know you. That first comment may have not been addressed to you, but you took it upon yourself to make it about you. The fact is that people were idling the game to get the hardcore status when they just could have played it, then they wanted to get the keys - just to get them, I'm sure there will be plenty of Psychonauts and Stackings giveaways on here now. I'm saying where does this stop, this is getting ridiculous people are getting upset that they are getting free games or given a chance to win free games. So whats next go to the developers giveaways and say "pff, only xx amount of copies? You could afford more ya rich bastard" Again nothing personal against you here take my lunch money boss

I agree Raptr wasn't showing the game for me either , i have Limbo 100%, but since i joined that site this is the first giveaway or whatever and the rewards system is under beta im sure they will receive complaints that something didn't go as planned - next time it maybe will. But when i read the "complaints" every comment i read to me sounded so elitist, like someone out there owes him. To me its like this someone offers me a free game and then they say actually no i take that back, sure i got excited "Oh boy a free game", but nothing changed for me i came in with no game and i came out with no game so why should i even think about it its like the offer never existed.

My personal annoyance isn't with not getting the game (though I've been looking forward to it for a while, since they've been promising it for a while.) My problem is just that the Raptr site was dishonest. I think many would agree with me that the bigger problem is being lied to/disrespected/ignored etc. Entitlement isn't the issue for several of us (though I'm sure it is the whole issue to many.)
You have some good points though: they're in beta and we should be grateful that free games were given to anyone at all.

I bet think they didn't start checking that last requirement (playtime in a game) until it went live, maybe even using enabling the requirement as a way to time the start of the giveaway. So it might've just came down to who could get raptr to refresh their play stats the quickest after the go live.

This is probably because you tried to get the game on its page, not on the raptr.com/dashboard/rewards page. I think that in the reward page, they spend something about 5/10 minutes to "scan" your account and see if you are indeed Hardcore or above. But, if you go on the dashboard and click on the "Check my reward", it's automatic. That's what happenned to me. Besides, it's a beta system, don't get to harsh on Raptr.

That's what I had to do. Funnily enough I still don't have that 'Hardcore' box checked but was able to grab the rewards anyway (Elite status in Limbo).

I got on right when they were released. 290 left, clicked to redeem - You didn't complete all the requirements! Refreshed, 206 left - you didn't complete all the requirements! Refresh again, 92 left - you didn't complete all the requirements! Refreshed, all gone. 3 chances to get the games, but didn't register that LIMBO was at hardcore

If you'd like to complain about not being allowed to get the reward even though you had hardcore or above, you can click here to say that you're having the same issue.
Click "You have this problem" to show Raptr that we're having the same problem.
(I know there's another huge thread about the reward, but this new topic about the reward not working is sensible because it's about a specific issue that many of us share.)
