Neither. The 1060 or 470 are the ones where you can comfortably play games at.
But if you are this tight on budget, then I'd recommend the AMD one, since that should last a little longer assuming DX11 gradually fades out form the scene. If you plan to mostly lag behind the gaming scene and play older games that are less demanding by current-day standards, then the Nvidia one, since it is essentially an old 960 beefed up.
