How long do I give a guy that hasn't claimed my gift?

Hey guys, just wondering, how long is polite enough to give someone to claim a gift they've won? I don't want to short-change anyone, but on the other side of the coin, I want to get this shifted. I've been waiting for a week, is this long enough? or should I move on? (I checked the guy's profile, it's not in his list of games either, so it's not like he's claimed it)
