[Have] This Strange Library Of Mine already contains these games.
[Skip] These games inspire a bit of Distrust into me.
[Price complaint] I vote for taking that price into the Killing Room and slaughtering it a bit!

I'm tempted to split this (which isnt a poll option) between gifting most & keeping some, as I've had my eye Band of Defenders, Distrust, and Savage Lands for a while.

What's Band of Defenders like compared to Sanctum 2? I really liked S2.

I can recommend Tharsis if you like literal dice rolling games. Tough as nails, but often damn satisfying when winning.

Thanks for the recommendation, I'm on the fence on this one myself...the reviews mention some frustrating rng to the point where it feels like your other choices feel pointless besides the roll of the dice...which kinda matches with what you said, although you see it in a positive light. I'll have to think more on this xD

Strategy is critical and players must adapt it to any situation or RNG, or else the path to winning narrows or gets cutoff.

The last time I've played Band of Defenders was during its open beta (around a year ago), and personally, I think it's nowhere near Sanctum's quality whether it is its gameplay or its graphics. Still, maybe things have changed since then :)

I enjoyed Savage Lands for a while, but it does get to a point that there's nothing else to do (this assuming no updates in the past couple years)
Like all survival games I love the beginning where you have nothing and it's pretty scary the best, but (at least for me) that seems to be the genre standard.
