Question about Steam and retail some games

I have a question about 2 games: Doc Clock and Dawn of War II.
Anyone knows if they are region restricted? If i will buy them in Poland, can someone from USA activate that cd-keys at Steam?

If you are talking about retail CD-keys: Neither of the games is in the list of games that can be activated via retail. If the packages don't explicitly state that they activate on steam, I wouldn't risk it.
If you are talking about buying the games from the steam store: With both games, it's POSSIBLE that they don't activate outside your region but I'd say it's pretty unlikely.

So the list is wrong, cause i bought these retail versions and i activated both of them with ease.

P.S. Dawn of War is on that list :P

Oh so it is. I was looking under W for Warhammer. Well if those retail keys work for you, they likely work for others, too.
