Far Cry 3 - Code After Purchase [UPLAY]

Greetings,
I'm new on Uplay and on that site, too. I'm willing to ask you what is the code that you get after purchase of Far Cry 3 for. It appears right when you check out, fill in proper personal informations and proceed to purchase, after purchase there's big and bold code, which I don't know what is for. I've asked few friends that own Uplay, they don't know.

EDIT: THE KEY WAS ACTUALLY A ACTIVATION KEY THAT THE GAME USES ON IT'S OWN. THERE'S NO NEED TO MANUALLY PUT IT SOMEWHERE. WHICH MEANS IT'S USELESS TO BOTHER ABOUT. THANKS.

Maybe the steam key for the game? I purchased FC3 through steam so I had it on steam before I even had uplay automatically installed by running the game.

On steam dont work that code, only to uplay.

Em, it's in the title: Code After Purchase [UPLAY] which means I bought it on UPLAY.

I didn't use the code and it's already in my Games Tab available to download.

Dont worry, i already own Far Cry 3, and i am no asshole :).

Otherwise, u could post how the code looks like. Like in the Steam example AAAAA-BBBBB-CCCCC etc.

Nope, a friend of mine bought it the same way and he never used it, not even on Multiplayer access.

U already tried running the game?
Note the key somewhere, if you need it at some point, u have it ready, otherwise it is just a useless one.

Oh, alright, yeah I got it like 15minutes after the purchase on e-mail. So it's just the code that the Game will eventually use on it's own.. haha.. Ubisoft too smart.

As MarvelousMax said... Its your UPlay serial for the game you have purchased.
You will never see it anywhere other than your order page as its automatically applied to your account.
It is your license number and entitlement to play the game.
