What happens when you put not received

you won a game from someone and you

rly would like to know is he gonna be punished and how?

Two days before I open a discussion about the same thing...you put the not received and he gets a penalty...if he do it 3 times he get a ban,that was all folks:P as for you,you bang your head at the wall because you won with a 0.5% ratio and you never know when this happens again:).If it was my choise I would ban those ppl from the first time,but this is me:P
