I think it's to avoid people storing free keys up and giving them away when the price is higher in order to increase their contributor value. it's sad that it also stops people from giving them away at all though, but you could always look into options for trading keys, throw them on the forums for the first person to take or even offer them as a thanks to the creator of a giveaway you win from

Yeah, every single one of those has been free recently or some time ago on Indiegala, in Gleam or somewhere else.
If you've seen giveaways of them, it must've been a little while ago. They've been removed from the list because you can't give away games that have been given away on a large scale.

All those titles have been freely available, so were removed from the list. They will not return. You will need to giveaway other titles if you wish to make a giveaway.
And please, please, never get the idea to list anything under another title as some will try. It will only get Support to break out ban hammers.
