This should highlight a flaw with free DLC. The game currently has a free weekend and anyone playing it can't access these DLC, it's more than likely that they also aren't accessible through family sharing either.

It appears to be permanently free (as indicated by the official release announcement), so this topic [as with past perma-free topics] is probably better suited for being placed in the General category than the Deals category (to avoid cluttering the latter).
