Yeah i sell normal stuff too so its fine on that side but selling codes is terrible, half the buyers are there to scam you, its sad :(

From past experiences i would say these things i would look out for or at least be a little skeptical of:
If they message you with nothing more than "Haven't received item". Normally people would put a little more effort into their message if they hadn't actually received the item. Like if i bought something and didn't get it i would be respectful and ask if there were any problems etc because sellers are more likely to believe what you're saying if you're genuine and respectful.
Another would be if they ave low feedback (less than 10). Yeah everyone needs to start somewhere but these are generally people who just keep making new accounts if theirs got suspended because they were caught or whatever. I'm not saying all low feedback people are like that its just good to keep an eye on them.
If someone asks for a refund because their item is damaged or something like that, always get them to return the item before you refund. Its worth paying for the return shipping just to make sure they were telling the truth, i say this because 1/10 people actually return the item, the other 9 are most likely scamming and didn't expect to be asked to return the item.

I only drink coke, or any kind of cola, in a mixer - the way it's meant to be drunk. If there's enough rum/whiskey/vodka, the brand of cola doesn't matter much :-)

GF and I are hooked on Vanilla Coke, we just bought 12 12 packs the other day when they were on sale.

I've done that before, bought a ton of vanilla coke when its on sale, only problem is a lot of places don't have vanilla coke for some reason.
The ebay problem was that people would buy the game code/s, redeem the codes then a day later claim they had no knowledge of the purchase, happened way too often.

as a buyer I would say ebay is nice because they really favor the buyer, as a seller i would say hell no, stay away. that "NAD" not as described is total bullshit, people buy whatever, try it, dont like it and say its NAD and you have to pay for returns. my friend sold a paintball gun and they did that, but after they switched a part or two on it, he got screwed, another tried the same thing but slipped up in the back and forth emails and so my friend won the case because he got caught in a lie. i have sold on amazon though, i dont really know their policy, im sure i can be screwed just as easily but so far with a grand total of 2 sales ive been fine

Yep, its way too easy for people to get away with it. I've tried selling on Amazon a couple times but I never seem to get sales like i do on eBay, plus there's a lot more to listing items on amazon which at first i was confused as hell. But i hope it goes well for you on Amazon dude, i may have to get back on there soon.

How are they scamming you? I though on a platform like ebay you were kinda save from shit like this? Or how does anyone sell anything if scamming is so easy there (as a buyer?))

Scamming is very easy for buyers because if the seller doesn't use tracked shipping then the buyer can easily say for example they didn't receive the item and get a refund or replacement.
But with the game codes buyers would buy the codes, redeem the codes and then open a case on PayPal saying they had no knowledge of the purchase. But when i check the codes all of them have been used lol.
Sellers don't have much protection on eBay.

So if you were to sent them the codes via actual post mail they couldn't do it? I mean that seems unusual to do and limit customer interest because of the wait time, but if that worked maybe it's an option?

I did think about that and you're right it would limit customer interest but the only way it would work is if i sent it tracked mail which for some games it wouldn't be possible because i don't make much profit from then even without postage costs. Like games that are $0.99 etc.
Another problem is they could easily just say that the code i sent is invalid and there's no way of disproving it because as soon as they use it it becomes invalid. Its tricky

The protection policy is more for the buyer than the seller. They use the codes then open a case on PayPal saying they didn't know about the purchase. Then when i check the codes they've been used...
