it's very easy, make a steam support ticket and then attach your account data in full and detail

- The first email you use to verify your Steam account creation
- Attach your cellphone number
- Attach Game Purchases (Invoice Codes) in the Steam store
- Attach the Game Key Code that you have activated along with you mentioning the name of the game.
