IT sucks i can only put 1 giveaway

you should have 3 slots unless you deleted giveaways.

i am putting 2 copies up does that change it?

Each copy counts as +1 giveaway, so you have 2 up right now.
You must have deleted one in the past to not have a third slot, since everyone starts with three.

Here's what I'm assuming:

1. All users begin with 3 slots
2. You created a giveaway, deleted it (-1 slot)
3. You created a giveaway for 2 copies of a game (-2 slots)
4. Total: 0

But don't worry, as soon as your giveaway has ended and the keys are sent to the winners, you will regain your slots, and eventually receive more slots (the more giveaways you create, the more slots you receive). I'm currently at 70 slots. :P
