if you live in NL, have NL IP adress (aka not tunelled to non-EU country) and you bought HB yourself using this IP (so for example did not receive a gift copy from someone else eho just claims it's EU copy) you should be able to activate it. If you are not it's possible that HB screwed up and allocated key from different region to you. If that's the case all you can do is contact their support.

not for their country but for their region. and it's since publishers deliver them region locked keys - bundles from Capcom or Deep Silver have been region locked like this for years. Deep Silver region locks most of their games. Have nothing to do with HB.

I know Deadlight on HB has region restrictions. But when I take a look at this list, I understand whole EU can activate it. Or am I reading it wrong (but then that mean's its restricted for every single country)?
Country: Netherlands, NL.
