Why Would the value of TF2 Keys and Dota 2 Keys drop that MUCH

I am just wondering why would the value of TF2 Keys and DOTA 2 Keys drop that much during steam big sale (summer sale, autumn sale, winter sale...)

If people all sale their key at an average price, the value of the keys won't change...

theyre buying games cheap (cuz russians got better prices) and sell them for keys ;s its profit for them anyway

they buy more games then :) cuz they have more offers to trade (ppl can buy games cheapper with key trades, than on steam sale)
