Wheres the support?

Hello friends, I entered in a gift and did not get the key, I created a support ticket and was not met, what to do?
The time has passed and not handed me the key, and the user who created this bloqued me on steam.

Remove the link to the giveaway, that is calling out and it is forbidden.

If I win a gift, when can I expect to receive it?
