Ok, first of all, you should contact one of the admins or moderators and not just post a random thread on the forums. You are lucky that someone involved has seen it. That being said I am a moderator of the group and I have updated that playtime myself if my memory serves me correct to reflect the playtime on HLTB and Reforced has double checked it after me. There is no bug and the 27 hours time is correct (you are only required to play the first 5). If you want to reapply after having played the game you can either post here or contact Reforced.
