As for the DLCs, they usually include most of them with the base game for free, on the Steam versions.

It comes with like 35 free DLCs, but supposedly that's the 35 free that came with the PS4 version too. Maybe the Digital Deluxe version will come with all, fingers crossed?

The first one for $4.49 is the best one to get acquainted with the franchise.

I'm sure you can easily afford 1-2 of them by merely selling the 3 daily summer cards, lol.
3's the best, but it's the sequel of 2, which isn't that good...
1's awesome, but it's by itself, and has the older battle system so you can only use 3 chars at once. With the main story focusing on FOUR CPUs, being only able to use 3 at a time is a big downside.
Just get all of em if you have money to spare XD

On a semi-related note, Iffy added a DLC to Re;Birth1 called "Nep4 DLC".
Either they messed up something, or they're planning on adding Uzume as a DLC character, like they did with Plutia and Peashy before.
Just in case, I'm keeping it installed, even though I already 100% completed it.

The PC version comes with the option for a smooth-as-pudding 60fps experience and the original Japanese voiceover, with bundles of the original DLC available for purchase!
Guess there'll be tons of DLCs to get, but least it's bundled and hopefully cheaper (or at least cheap-ish)

Well all the other games had high requirements.... Yet I was runing them on a dual core 2ghz with 2gb ram perfectly fine....

Game's actually quite cheap compared to the PS4 version. IIRC it's USD60 for the base game itself, and some of the DLC (like the weapon pack) were like 15USD each.

Megadimension Neptunia™ VII is coming to Steam on July 5th, that's sooner than I expected. 40% week-long discount, and supposedly even a Megadimension Neptunia™ VII Digital Deluxe Set (with more digital goodies to be had). Can't help but wonder about the DLCs though, this is the game that has more than a hundred bucks worth of DLCs on the PS4...
Can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm more excited about this than I am of the current Steam Summer Sale :S
