Because it looks as if it was made in Windows Paint program, while it is a paint job for a texture.

It's just a very low resolution texture, 128x128 or something like that.

yh there are some bad textures in places,seeing a blurry pipe once every 5 or 6 hours doesn't really affect my overall experience though
