I wanna buy from Ebay cuz things r cheap there and also im fine with used one, I guess 150$ max or maybe a bit more.I've seen used and newish Nexus 7's for 50-100$ish but since I've never bought from Ebay im not really sure if I should get those, any advice?

Either Nexus 7 2013 or LG G Pad 8.3 then. The LG one could be a bit more expensive as it is better, but should fit your class as used product.

big time, everything about its better
except ease of repair in the warranty center(damn things are annoyings, the 2012 version is a joke to repair)
if you get a nexus 2013 and have issues feel free to contact me, I know the model fairly well(from the repair standpoint)
personally I would avoid buying a refurbished one and get a new one if you can, but that might be out of your budget(this is mostly to avoid the odds of a refurbished motherboard(for reasons I can't state here)

Watching movies, livestreams, gaming a bit, using net etc. I just want a fast tablet ^^. So I'm not really sure If I need the 2013 one.

since you intend gaming I can't recommend anything else then, I know good basic tablets, but they only have 720p resolution(which is fine, until you get to gaming)
I won't recommend anything I havent toyed with, if its games that res wont matter on the ASUS ME176CX wouldn't be a bad choice(and its in you price range, I know it went on sale for $100 during black friday despite being fairly new(it will feel really similar to the nexus 2012, except with a SD slot)
