I got close to 200 games to go with my system, I can skip that at least :P

Sure, doesn't make a lot of sense if you have a PS4 anyway. For me it makes a lot of sense. Finally get to play all the nice exclusives. ^^

My own connection wasn't perfect, I'm a few rooms away from the router. System downloads at the same time would kill it. I'll stick to the PS4 itself for games.

It is possible to do so with some playing around. I looked it up as an option.

Bloodborne has now been added to Playstation Now catalogue: https://blog.us.playstation.com/2018/09/04/playstation-now-bloodborne-and-more-join-the-lineup/
No personal experience about the streaming service, hopefully the input lag is low enough to keep a game like Bloodborne playable. It's still awesome news that PC players get the opportunity to play it.
edit: No confirmation if the games are yet available in all countries that support PS Now.

There is no working PS4 emulator. Not even a fully working PS3 one.

With Psnow, you can play Bloodborne without owning a Ps4. You can play it on the PC
Source: Currently playing Shadow of the Colossus. Never owned any playstation console.

allright. guess I missed that whole psnow thing. I'm getting old ;)
7 Days free trial. Lets see if it works
I'm only interested in games like Killzone, Uncharted and The Last of Us.
is it worth the try? I'm not a big fan of streaming games. I own a steamlink but I only use it for "slow" games. Action games dont work smooth

Steamlink with cable works great.
And yeah. It's worth a try. As I said, I basically finished all the playstation exclusives already without owning any playstation hardware

Hi, it's possible to play with an xbox controller or i have to buy a ps4 controller?

I just canceled my subscription a few days ago, lol. Have to re-sub soon then.
The service is actually pretty good. I beat 4 complete games so far (Until Dawn, Heavy Rain, Beyond: Two Souls, The Last Of Us). Very playable. The 60fps games are even better. I can only urge everyone to use their 7 free days and try God of War 3 Remastered, for instance. The lag is really not as big as you would think.
If you want to get serious with the service, you should definitely buy a PS4 controller, though. At least some games need the touch pad and motion sensors. For instance it is probably impossible to play Until Dawn without DualShock (unless you emulate it somehow).

Is it true that PS Now also supports XInput controllers? The wikipedia article mentions it, but I can't find a confirmation from a Sony website. Fair point with the PS4 controller though, I also think there are a few games that don't have an option to turn motion controls off.
edit: Also look out before re-subbing, I'm seeing comments on Bloodborne subreddit that people in Europe don't have access to it. Either there's a delay until it shows up or it's not available on all regions, hopefully it's the former.

Psnow Europe and Psnow US is not the same. It usually takes one month or two for Europe to catch up

So, it shows up in the list. But when I try to start it, it says "not yet available". Bummer. Not sure if this will take longer than a day or so.
Anyway, I played Journey instead. Always wanted to do that. What a nice game! Really great atmosphere, and the co-op aspect enhances the experience greatly. I wish it would be on PC, with high resolution, high frame rate and ultrawide support.

That's odd. I'd assume it's available soon, otherwise I can't understand why they would update the library in the first place.
Journey is a nice pick! In my opinion even worth playing through more than once, each journey can be a little different. :)

I just did that. Nice! Thanks a lot for the heads-up!

So, anyone from Europe who can launch Bloodborne? Said "not yet available" for me the whole evening.

I've been hearing this and other rumours for ages now, nothing has come of them. Until the companies involved confirm something, I don't listen to them.
In the last few months, I've seen
Sony buying the Silent Hill IP
Microsoft buying Konami
Nintendo buying Konami
Sega taking over for Microsoft in Japan, with the upcoming XBox being rebranded as a Sega system there
Sony buying Sega
Nintendo buying Sega
Days Gone coming to PC
Bloodborne coming to PC
Spider-Man (PS4) coming to PC
And probably some more I'm forgetting

My new PS4 probably has nothing to do with my ability to play Bloodborne on PC like this
Edit - So there are recent rumours about the game actually coming to PC. I'm not believing anything myself without official confirmation, simply because there have been a lot lately claiming all sorts of things, but if anyone else wants to check out the rumour, here is the post mentioning it, with a Twitter link.
