I watched a lot of video on it, it's actually a mix of Diablo (for the combat part) and Shadow Tactics (for the infiltration part).
The game has a free demo available, I will test it before the end of the sales to validate if I buy it or not. I advise you to do the same thing before you buy it.

same as robilar - I got it from Humble Monthly and played it through before expansion got even released - and game was a blast at it's own, probably my favoritue h'n's RPG on Steam :)

Lords of Waterdeep. I cannot stress enough how good that game is. It is easily the best digital translation of a board game. It is close to perfect.

Really good. Fiendishly good even. I've played a fair amount in multiplayer but most of my time has been solo and it stands up really well. The higher difficulties can be extremely challenging if the normal difficulties are too trivial.

Gun is an awesome game. I personally even like it today. (Well, haven't played it in 2 years, but it's still relatively recent)
I'd stay away from Blood & Gold: Caribbean since I've heard so many bad things about it and almost nothing good.
I'd get State of Decay YOSE if you don't own the original. The game's a great group survival game. There still really isn't one like it on Steam at least.
Project Zomboid's a great game, but the discount's too small. But at the same time, PZ is never highly discounted, so I think that's the best you'd get.
If you're an active Cities: Skylines player, then perhaps you also want to nab a DLC for that game.
Personally, I'm always on the side of "Get a few cheaper games instead of one more expensive game" because those games will get cheaper. These ones are unlikely to be cheaper than this.

Gun isn't too much like Call of Juarez. CoJ was a linear fps with platforming. Gun is an open world, arcade-y third person shooter. The only real connection they have is the setting.
You didn't mention State of Decay. Did it spark your interest?

Dying Light is totally playable alone, but Dead Island gets kind of boring when playing solo. I recommend you play Dead Island first and with someone you like fucking around games with. The melee combat in it feels weighty, but at the same time the ragdoll physics are ridiculous and if you like childish, yet oddly sexual humour, then the game will be right up your alley. Dying Light is basically Dead Island 2 and it's way more serious and robust that Dead Island. Because of that, I think if you play Dead Island after Dying Light, you'll be severely disappointed in Dead Island. It's a good game overall, but it's definitely worse than Dying Light in almost every aspect.
