Beneath the skull... A quiz?

TFHoSMZ puzzle was devised and coded by one kazeugma also known as "My Name is Kaz" -- a righteous dude of many talents (and his let's plays are listed on the Internet Archive, you know).

The prize is a non-bundle, CV 50. But the link will also include a CV 0 bundled consolation prize. Both end on the 1st of August, 19:00 UTC+2.

P.S. I am not affiliated with Kaz in any way, I just really like the thing he made.

While I'm perfectly fine with a small number of entries, it wouldn't be fair (especially to Master Z) if I didn't bump it again.
