Important question (concerns the existance of sg!)

Okay, I've seen 2 pieces of software that are worth way more than 300 $. So it came to my mind what will happen if someone decides to be giving away those on steamgifts?

Will no one be able to enter?
Will everyone be able to enter without any points?
Or will steamgifts just explode and shatter into a thousand pieces upon ga creation??

Looking for some clearance on this, cause to me this really is a serious concern! (none of us wants steamgifts to explode, right?!)

No secret giveaway in here btw.
