What's your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Going to be basic here and say pumpkin spice. Sue me.

Baja Chocolate - Chocolate ice cream with cookie dough, chocolate chunks, and a marshmallow ribbon.
Bear Claw - Dark Chocolate ice cream with a thick caramel river and chocolate covered cashews.

Here in Brazil, there is a flavor of ice cream sold in jars in supermarkets and ice cream parlors called "Leite Ninho® Trufado" (truffled NINHO® milk - this NINHO® is a Nestle product), where the main flavor is powdered (dehydrated) milk in cream shape for ice cream and chocolate filling.

This ice cream is very tasty🍨😍

I'm going to have to go with black walnut, since I have loved that one since I was very young (but it has gotten very hard to find).

Although I did recently try this recipe for Roasted Strawberry Miso Ice Cream, and it was AMAZING....

Don't think I've settled on a favorite, although drumstick has gotten close (it's an ice cream made from bits of those vanilla ice cream waffle cones with the peanut-encrusted fudge topping and caramel typical of those cones also mixed in).

Rocky road always gets a mention from me, French vanilla is a great default although simple, and pistachio for something a little more controversial. Also rainbow sherbet. And dark cherry moose tracks.

Mint with pieces of chocolate.

I like a lot of ice cream but a butter pecan ice cream with shortbread is so good

The ice cream quality tends to be kind of shit here (too soft/"airy") so if you ask me for a flavour, I'll go Chocolate (rarely bad). In terms of actually good ice cream, I'd say pistachios if I could remember what it tastes like. Had it once as a kid and I remember loving it, but I've never seen it available to purchase where I live since.

So with lack of choices... I can never go wrong with a good maple ice cream. And yes, I know, stereotypical of me. Sorry, eh. :P

Crema, but in regards to texture and flavor contrast - BnJ's Chubby Hubby is a true accomplishment.

Probably the strawberry ice cream I had in Italy. Strawberry is my favorite flavor generally, but my country's strawberry ice cream flavor is kinda weak.

Irish Coffee or Mojito.

There is a special little Ice cream company in a little town called Nora, not far from where I live. They make their own Hazelnut thingy (it's like a mix between soft-serve and hard-scoop) that's been on my mind since I was a kid.

Chocolate, sadly it's hard to find it sold in the grocery store, usually only sold in a huge batch with vanilla and strawberry.
Cookie dough from Ben & Jerry is also awesome, sadly so expensive that I close to never get it :(

Cremino is probably my favorite flavour (hazelnut icecream with chocolate spread), it's not sold in tubs or anything like that but around where i live a bunch of icecream places make it. For something less specific i would say definetly dark chocolate

Just plain vanilla - it may sound boring but i think it's perfect in its simplicity!

Either mint chocolate chip (can't find it where I live) or pistachio (very hard to find where I live and it's not too good or expensive).
Some flavors in this thread sounds nice, like coffee and rum & raisin.
