Do the card event started? If you craft a badge now you get those mystery cards then?

IIRC some days ago happened another glitch about these "Steam Summer Getaway Trading Cards" i.e. you could craft more badges than the possible limit (people with lvl5 badges had the button "craft the badge" highlighted) and many others object like emoticons and backgrounds of past events disappeared momentaneously from their inventory .-. WTF is happening?

I have some Steam Summer Getaway Trading Cards, but all of my card renamed to Mystery Card. The Tomb raider summer card on market goes from 2,50€, but if i'm selling from my inventory it's a Mystery card, that worth 0.13€. Anybody has the same issue?
