Please, read my post.
Your group should be called S-extortionists, cause you have obligatory entering "gift" (and plan to have obligatory monthly "gift").
So... a lot of guys given Fortix ($0.99) or something like this. Just to enter.
All your public giveaways are humble bundles and i'm not sure that you pay more then 1 penny for it.

It's not only about your group (your one just has last seen on forum). It's about all groups with obligatory gifts.
Hmm... one of your HiB3 is CD-key. Free copy from HiB4? And it's also forbidden :)
And i also ask about additional rules, not only about groups.

It is allowed if you make a private giveaway, stating a blacklist/whitelist. I am 75% sure it will be enforced.

example of description :"This giveaway is only allowed for people in group X Y Z"
another example :"This giveaway is is allowed for everyone except people in group X Y Z"
I'm sure the first example can be enforced, not so sure about the 2nd.

If you want to make sure it's enforced needs to be a private giveaway and the rules need to simply be people that's in certain groups. Anything more than that, like excluding certain people from a group but allowing the rest of the group in, probably won't be enforced.

Heh, never thought, our humble group of interests will rise enough to have haters. Calm down man, as for me, being mod, it's just a cool way to give out the King Arthur Collection to a community, that I can know during some period. If you don't like the idea to gift to be gifted, then just forget it, I won't cry, that we lost you with your 10 bucks giveaway. ;)

"OUR"
R.I.P. S.Gifters, you have been replaced by sgifters.

Calm down, buddy ;)
I never told we replace anyone, didn't you mentioned word 'humble'? Just another one little group, which lives within itself. So I was amazed to see it as an example of 'true evil' by someone, who likes to leech, not giveaway. XD

I was not the one, who named it, in fact, this guy is gone, because he tried to push on everyone to gift games and wanted to just leech. So, I don't care, how is it called, as long, as I know, that we got a community of people, who like the same idea. But anyway I have to admit, that original admin was an asshole, maybe that's the reason for us to be hated by some people.

look, you may love it, you may hate it. This is just an opinion and opinions can differ. And they are. You asked about rules, so call my 40 bucks giveaway ruled with restriction to be only seen by group members, because I do want it to be able only to them. This is a loophole and breaks you argument, isn't it?

Is there any way to create giveaway with additional rules?
I want to exclude some groups members (and especially admins) from giveaway (such as S-Gifters).
Cause obligatory gift looks like an exaction, not a free will.
But question not only this rule, may be any others (for example - gift only for "no any wins before" accounts).
