I think it was the 2016 version. While you're automatically upgraded to the next version every year, you don't get the 2017 routes (which are included with this)

If you only account for the difference between T2 and T3, that makes Cities: Skylines Deluxe Edition for around $5.25
Of course, that's assuming one doesn't buy the bundle exclusively for that game.

No, the detail window also lists the 4 DLCs that come with Train Simulator 2017 Standard Edition.
TS is doing this in all sorts of weird ways -- TS2016 standard came with different DLCs, but was later upgraded to TS2017 (but ofc you didn't get the new DLCs); so if you happen to want those, it's cheaper to rebuy the exact TS2017 you already own ;>

+1 can confirm: the first of the 3 keys activates the Train Simulator base game PLUS the 4 DLCs currently listed in the "Train Simulator 2017 Standard Edition" (i.e., Hamburg, Marseille, NJ, and South Wales)

If you played the rebuild 1 and 2 flash game and enjoyed them, I highly recommend picking rebuild 3 up. Finished the game on mobile quite some years ago, although I do think the flash games are slightly better, the game does deliver.

I do want T2 but can't afford it yet, so it has to be T1 for now ...
