Does someone know if bundlestars keys have expiration date? I just bought this bundle and racing bundle but only because I wanted 1 game from each. I will giveaway the rest. Just don't have time right now... how long will they last?

A quick question regarding BundleStars, has anyone ever experience "Manual Authorization" after completing your transaction? That's what happen to me just now. The buy order appeared in my library but all keys are unavailable. The site says to wait a few hours up to 48 hours for me to get the key. Anyone with a first hand experience with this?

I received that once. Don't worry! You'll get your keys in maybe a day or two. They do this to a very small percentage of people and it won't happen to you all the time

Phew, that's a relief! I'm just afraid that they'll charged me without giving me the keys. Hopefully this time will be the first and the last. I hate having any transactions problem =.='

If they don't reveal them in 2 days, write to support. I had a case where they literally forgot to mark it active and had to be reminded of that. :)

Oh, then maybe it's related to debit cards? I used a Visa debit card in my purchase just now, but previously it works fine though. Still, that's a relief. Thanks for the info! ^^

It can be related to anything, but seems to have some ties to switching payment methods fast or buying multiple times from them in a short time (even if it is not just to circumvent the limit of two of the same products in the basket at once rule).

Hmm quite possibly, but I didn't switch my payment methods for this (not like I have any other alternative) and only bought 1 item in the basket. However, the site did bugged out on me yesterday, causing me to click on the bundle twice and it appeared to have 2 in my cart. Maybe that's it?

Could be anything. They never actually said why do some purchases end up with manual authorisation. Like most of the times, the community just tries to guess based on experience.

Welp, bad news. Just noticed my purchase got refunded just now. I've contacted their Support and hopefully they can sort this out. I don't know what went wrong. Last time it went smoothly with no trouble whatsoever, even confirmed charged to my account =.='

Not a bad bundle and I like Bundle Stars, but I don't really care for the whole bundlefest thing because to me it feels like stuff ends up getting diluted, causing most of it to not be terribly appealing.
