You're most probably being scammed. He could've sent it without making you wait.

Look up Paypal invoice scams on Steamrep. Sadly you just got caught out by it. Like the others have said, that's him billing you for 92 euros rather than him sending you that amount.

He scammed you for the Assassin's Creed Pack and now is also trying to get 92 euros from you.

He appears to have taken your game and also sent you a bill for 92 euro for the privilege - I believe that is about as bad as scamming gets.

what should i do?He's still in my friends list and he says that he wants to buy more games from me.

Report him for scamming. Don't give him anymore games. You are probably not gonna get your game back.
Comment has been collapsed.
You can ask him nicely to give you the game back - which is unlikely but I don't see what else you can do. I know for a fact Steam won't help after you have disregarded all of their advice and traded for stuff outside of the trade window (paypal). I really wouldn't sell him any more games if he is just going to bill you for them.

LOL think for a sec...he EMAILED paypal personally and told them that...comon....

I mentioned Steamrep examples, take a look at the kind of thing it is - http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198049039005-camzzz-csgo-counter-strike-global-offensive-items.60798/ (log in to see the images)

You got scammed, and the day after steam changed their policy too.

Never ever trade via PayPal with somebody you don't know. Especially not for 92 € :/
I hope this is a hidden giveaway thread, because otherwise I feel really, really bad for you...
Comment has been collapsed.
Please for your own sake: Stop trading then. If you really spend 92 € for a scammer you are the last person that should trade. Just get games for yourself and quit trading.

I really really hate to say it - but I think just maybe you aren't cut out for trading. It isn't for everyone. Consider possibly stopping and simply investing in stuff that you want yourself.

How does that saying go,fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on you, fool me thrice shame on me
I wish i could feel bad for you, maybe if this was your first time and just made a error in judgement but if what you say is true and you allowed yourself to be scammed 3 times you only have yourself to blame

tell him you have his real name (which you likely don't, that name looks fake as fuck) and you're going to sue him,
that and tell him, he will be reported in paypal, the CSGO communities and everywhere else (steam related)
which you are going to do to fuck at least his reputation for good if he does not return the game or pay up

report the fucker everywhere you can, stop going first, and move on

good lord, sorry to say this but you are either totally retarded or just too naive. my advice, do not trade at all anymore.

I already appologized.
but seriously, this kid should learn the basic rules in life before sending more or less valuable items to some complete stranger from the internet before getting the payment first. everyone gets ripped off in their life, I learned my lesson at age 4 when I traded my toy car for nothing and the other kid ran away and never came back. :_(

I know that feel, the same thing happened to me when I was... I don't know, 7 yo? I sold my old toy cars to one of my friends, he was collecting them and I wasn't using them so I decided to get some cash for them. He paid me like 25% in daily payments and then stopped paying and gave me shitty excuses every day haha :p

According to the image he's asking you to pay him 92 EUR so Yup....You got scammed.Since you've him in your friend list & he wants more games thinking that you'd fall in the same scam twice,You could use this against him and get your game back.I don't have a plan right now but i think you can come up with a smart move since he seems to be too idiot to think that he can scam someone more than once by the exact same method.

Probably take advantage of his greed. For example, get into another trade that's going to be in his favour, but expect he give you back the previous game first and then he'll get something even more expensive in return.
It's a pretty long shot, but I reckon your best chance of scamming back a scammer is leading them to think they're going to get even more out of it than they originally did. Just make sure they don't.

All that said, scamming a scammer is possibly still going to get you in trouble of some sort. Proceed at your own risk. It would suck if they reported you despite being a scammer themselves.

http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198118887804-steam-steam-games.103962/ I reported him but he doesn't know.Help me to scam him guys....

quote from your profile:
I don't accept friend invites from:
➠Low Level Profiles
➠Private Profiles
➠Profiles with Private Inventories
and yet you accepted a friends request from a person with a private profile, that ended up scamming you the hard way. you do not seem eligible for scaming somebody.
just report him, (as you already did) and forget about your game, but dont fall for his paypal trick.

I think you should remove this link, since calling out is not allowed on these forums.

From what I have seen if they have scammed someone once then until they are called out they will keep pushing to see if they can scam them again. There isn't much comeback against most scammers so it isn't like they have anything to lose, and they can always switch accounts anyway...

my 2 cents: Dont try to play his game....Take it as a lesson learned... Be smart...if it is too good to be true then probably it is... Get over it and try not to do the same mistakes. Be nice... eat healthy... do exercise... read good books,,,play good games... have good friends... live long...
