exactly like leo9903 - this game is awesome even without the cards (though I voted for it and kickstarted it - second good one is Pit sword of stars - pretty awesome and demanding too - that was indiegogo'ed by me :) ) try it instead of minimalizing it on play and you find your lost hope in game industry :D

Tower Wars is on sale at Amazon, and Strike Suit Zero is in a couple bundles at Amazon as well :3

and FTL is totally worth buying it without anything - climate and music made me sunk and sleep one hour before going to work - totally rad game :D

You don't need cards as a reason to buy FTL. It's awesome. I got it about a week ago, played it and it went straight into my favourite-games-of-all-time list, along with Just Cause 2, Civ V and Age of Empires.

Well, people make threads about daily/weekly/midweek etc. sales, at least these are somewhat informative and useful.

Once this becomes a thing where 100 games are participating, hopefully not. But it's still a very new thing, so we're still pretty excited about it. Don't worry, the spam will (slowly) die out. :3
