Its sad but i think about that terrible game named "simcity societies" that i played a lot and you could build a ciberpunk city :P

Shadowrun (That setting was my first real introduction to the setting type. I had obviously experienced some light cyberpunk before, but SR was what really sold me on it).

Well definitely CD Projekt's upcoming Cyberpunk 2077.

But for me it's any form of media that represents extremely advanced technology during tumultuous times (like post-apocalypse) - where society has broken down, but technology lives on. I think the most recent example of a game I played would be Remember Me.
