Pro tip, you can always buy one on the community market. One of the objectives for the new Community Ambassador badge is to sell or buy something, and people who get into the beta get 3 marketable access cards.

As a result, the market is flooded with access cards at dumping prices. Just sold one of mine for 14 Euro cents.
