I found a support category for adding games, but I doubt it's a top priority for them, and if it's like 24 hours after a game comes out, or sg scans the database every day for new entries at a certain time or something, might as well not waste their time with an unnecessary ticket.

i remember reading games were added every 24 hours.
you could still send a ticket just in case. 🤷

yes, you can close it when it's added and you won't give support extra work. 👍
just don't go around creating a new ticket every hour to add a game, that usually ends up bad. 😅

the game's available now, so I guess the 24-hour thing is more or less accurate and I closed the ticket.
