How does making a Google+ Account invade your social life?

All the changes are annoying but they tend to ignore petitions and force them.

I don't think they'll care, since they never changed back all the trash updates they made in last years, and ppl disliked them a lot.

This happens every time YouTube changes something.

Why? Why do people always bitch about little changes like that?... In my opinion they only improved YouTube in the last few month, but still at least 90% of the people bitch about it. It's the same with Windows 8, I think it's awesome while most of the people can't stand it because it's a bit different from the previous Windows... you have to learn to adopt new things.. you can't always stick to old things, while new is always better and improved. Just stop bitching and get used to it.

Web anonymity and privacy are important, but it does occur to me that such a move would drastically reduce troll comments on YouTube, since all users would be known and therefore held accountable for what they say. It's not like Facebook hasn't been doing that to us for years.

I don't know whats more annoying this week, the CoD thread spam or the change.org thread spam.

Whats the deal? just make a google+ account, fill in some unimportant details and thats it? I mean.. you don't need to post anything on google+...

I use Youtube to watch videos, not for commenting, so whatever it is they did to the comment section has no affect on my enjoyment of what they provide whatsoever

this is useless, remember when they change it the new layout? there was a lot more petition against it, and we still have it.

Youtube works just fine. No need to be bitchy over every change.

P.S: Petitions on the internet is one of the must useless things ever, if there's a problem that people are vocal enough it doesn't matter id there's a petition or not, and if people aren't vocal enough, a company wouldn't give a crap just because there's some petition on petition site with alot of signatures.

This is different than any other layout change or any other change before. There is now a part of the site that is DISABLED unless you make a 2nd, unrelated, account. I HATE social media and will never use it, thus, I can no longer ever comment again. This is by far the worst thing they've ever done.

Not that big of a deal. I never comment and only occasionally read them. Only bad thing about the change is that it screwed up my dark theme. Youtube has made several worse changes that greatly reduced the usability of the site. Some of those changes can luckily be fixed with userscripts.

Currently my biggest problem with Youtube is that the videos stop loading and I have to refresh the page and start the video from the point where the loading ended.
