Steamgifts is a site with giveaways made by members spending money on them, so obviously mult. accounting is an immoral no-no. TF2 is a game where items are generated out of thin air and can be traded off for profit. How does your comparison work again?

because i want some more items XD but not yet for the market just for trading and stuff but i will run them while im doing other things so its just free items

You can idle in textmode in the background while you play something else meaning there would not be any extra cost.

EDIT: nope, there are servers specifically set up just for idling

you can also text mode idle, which is what i do; if you want to play another steam game while idling, but there's a limit to the drop rate per week though idling or not

oh really? where's your source? I beta test dota 2 for a year now using sandboxie and VMware and I've yet to see a dev saying that this is not allowed.

You need to make your account Premium (easiest way is to just buy the cheapest thing in the Mann Co. Store) before you can trade the items.

F2P can trade nametags,desctags,dropable paints and miniduel games. An extra plus since they dont get hats these tools drop quite often thats easy to amass them quickly. Ahhh the "art" of idling

As a free to play if you get dropped a tool, as in paint or name tags those are tradable even as a f2p account
