No, on a more plausible ending. I'd probably say a another Ice Age, why? Don't know, seems possible, I'd still prefer Aliens. Get a bunch of pew pew pew AAAAAH NOOOO BOOM grrraplsllsss.....
Nuclear War is also a good guess, however all possible humanity ending scenarios also has a great chance of humans surviving, after all we do that well. So in the end I suppose it's not really a humanity ending event. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Judging from our acute lack of responsibility with regards to the environment, I'm pretty sure we'll end up with a much harsher environment at some point in the not-too-distant future which will result in the death of many millions. Though it probably won't drive us to extinction, humans are highly adaptable and once the world population plummets, the damage we're causing to the environment will slowly go down so I'd say a small population of humans will survive, probably by moving somewhere not too affected by the climate change

Nuclear war could indeed be a thing, but it won't be the end. Some will survive (check Fallout ;) )
I'll also probably be dead by 2100, and thanks to that i won't see North&South Pole deteriorate to the point of non-existence.
Therefore i'm going with Disease Spreads Uncontrollably.
And i'm not talking about Ebola virus or something so deadly, but something more like Children of Men
stuff, it'd be equally devastating with a slow and painful death for humanity. That'd be cool I guess.
