Monthly Puzzle #7 [ENDED][SOLUTION INSIDE]

Left behind me some turbulent months, but among other things I now have access to a computer again,
which means more elaborate challenges for you!
Also, I just reached Lvl 6 on this lovely website.

Hint
Frame+colors will tell you what to do with shapes.
But if you're attentive enough, all you might need are the shapes.

Puzzle
I created this artwork of a Christmas Three to wish you happy holidays!

Solution:

1. The hexagonal frame hints to the use of hexadecimal.

2. We can extrapolate the hex color codes from the background using an online or offline tool like PS or Gimp:
   Green: #446f20 Blue: #426173 Red: #652033
   Let's convert these from hexadecimal to ASCII:
   446f20426173652033 becomes "Do Base 3".

3. In order to convert from Base 3, we need to identify the three digits of the system.
   What's a system of three things that we haven't used yet? That's right, it's the shapes.
   Circle=0, Triangle=1, Square=2
   This is hinted in the picture itself, if you look closely, it shouldn't be hard to see.
   Here's the transformed text:
   010010010212010202001012011100011020011000001012010220011021001012001210002000010202010200001220
   Which converts to "The url is 06ec3".
