This is misinformation (or a joke? hard to tell) - they changed the EULA, but have not changed the actual build of the game, so while yes, the EULA is now very shit, they haven't actually done what they said they want to do.

and besides, the big publishers are already collecting your data anyway, why do you think they reward you with stuff when you give them your e-mail?
