That's lucky. My one purchase was flagged for fraudulent activity, my purchase refunded without explanation, and when I asked about what fraudulent activity they detected, I was informed that it was actually due to the pricing error. So, basically, they told me everything was fraudulent as an excuse to cancel my purchase due to a pricing error. Fun!

Update: they claim that the fraud review wasn't intentional and that, since I am an actual person, normally they'd honor my purchase but that they won't due to the pricing error. No clarifications, no informing me my account was okay, instant reversal with no explanation instead. They saw an opportunity and took it. Classy.

I know the law in germany where a company can refuse to sell a good to you if the price is obviously too low, let's say a new BMW for 10 €. But I think that Gamesplanet just took it as an excuse. If it would be the pricing error, they could have told you directly.

I genuinely only had very positive experiences with Gamesplanet.
Once I was in contact with their support and they replied really quickly, friendly and answered all my questions in the first reply in great detail, no email ping-pong needed.
They seem to have a cool team together and in my opinion (not sponsored or biased in anyway ofc, I probably have to add this...) it's a good place to buy from.
Always interesting to hear other experiences though!
