It'll work. Won't get great framerate, though.
Also, that doesn't detail your GPU. Which probably means you've got an integrated one. That's even more leaning towards not great framerate.

As I said. Yes, it will work. However, if you really want to fully enjoy it, you'll sincerely want to get a new laptop, or switch to a (much easier/cheaper to upgrade) desktop PC.
On that computer you'll definitely want to nerf the graphics settings. (Possibly to the lowest) I'd estimate that you can get ~15fps tops, though.
However, I have no doubt in my mind that the game will install and be able to run on your machine.
