Play time on Steam is tricky. I mean I can pretty much guide anyone through FO2 and partly through Tactics just by playtime memories alone, and also miss out 500 or so hours from 3 due to not having internet for two months. Plus I had the old trilogy on GOG long before it was gave away or transferred ownership.
As for the question… I am actually not that much excited. I'd be content if Bethesda messes up just slightly less than last time; although the removal of the few remaining RPG elements in favour of being a TPS doesn't really fill me with much hope. So the best I hope is it to be at least a good dungeon crawler, like FO3 was, and hope that maybe Obsidian does return to make another Fallout that is actually an RPG.

So, Bethesda Game Studios isn't really known for their great generosity on spending money, nor for their coding skills. (Meaning they cannot code. At all. As in a 6-yo kid is a better programmer than the whole lot.) So when they decided to keep their '97 version of GameBryo around for 14 or so years, and add an already broken physics engine on top, then gave the whole package to a group that never even saw either of those, it resulted in… strange things.

Although a chance to win the game is nice and I do enter GAs for it when I can, I really am doing the waiting game with FO4, because so far there is exactly zero things about the revealed facts that interests me. (To be frank, the more info I hear about it, the worse it seems… essentially a Minecraft + CoD Zombies mash-up that has less to do with Fallout than Brotherhood of Steel– or Fallout 3– did.)

I own the classic ones DRM free, Have over 100 hours on F03 on Steam and well... New Vegas I had played before just not on Steam, but I do own it. As for Creativity I lack that :P I do have a screenshot of a Moment from FO3 Mothership Zeta that just brought on the nostalgia. I remember coming across the Space ship in the first FO and it was awesome getting the blaster and being OP for much part of the game with it.

Nice event! Good to see a switch on the usual train/puzzle thing.
So, I own all Fallout games on steam in their complete editions and have played them to finish, save for Tactics, and New Vegas which I'm currently playing.
It's hard to pick a favorite moment, walking out into the wasteland in NV after not playing any Fallout games for a while was a great feeling, and even without being American I can enjoy all the posters in New Vegas' Old World Blues. But the best has to be the assault with Liberty Prime on 3. Again, even without being American, the lines are so well delivered that it's enjoyable. And it's full of opportunities for screenshots! And chaos!
As for the drawing, can I edit later or do I have to make a new comment for it?

i have played trough 1 and 2, but many many years ago, i dont think i have the games anymore xd, i play a bit of 3 but its... "Bethesdaness" made me move away :v, and New Vegas is one of my favorite RPGs of all time, as evidence by the almost 90 hours i spended on it xd, or so it sas on Steam, i think there are people who deserve this game more that i do so im just gona leave this here:
I AM excited for Fallout 4, i thinks is a great chance for Bethesda to show themselfs out.

well, im gona put my self out there, for consideration since theres not many people trying xd, i do qualify for all the mandatory requirements.
What i love about the humor, imagination and creativity put by the different people that created this world, from tim cain, to chris avellone, to todd howard, because the idea of the world of Fallout sounds so pale at first, "its a word where nuclear war happened and now is a wasteland" but its so unique in its own right, from things one would expect like mutants, to interesting factions, crazy places to explore, and this hole paralelism with reality, and despite its "crazyness" it feels so real, i never seen a moment in a Fallout fame where i been, "ohh thats too much, that would never happen", they way they build up your adventure and inmerse you in their wolrd is brilliant.
This hole thing doing things someone tell you in order to get to an amazing unkonw place filled with the promise of glory, i been there before :v
PS:the screen is not on my steam account because i had to disable the steam overlay for my ENB to work properly xd

My idea for a mutated creature is that of an FEV'ed platypus, or "Radypus".
Before the war, there were tests of FEV strands on australian creatures, and these poisonous mammals were some of the few that survived the tests. They grew to sizes greater than those of horses, and developed even deadlier poison. After the bombs fell, they broke free from the laboratories which held them, and became ghoulified, due to the radiation. Any who dare explore the depths of the australian wasteland must be careful, as these radypi may be a great treat, even to those heavily armed.

My favorite moment in Fallout 3 was when you finished mothership zeta, the great explosion which happens then, as well as the accidental crater I may have left on Earth due to a misfire.

I own Fallout, Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics and Fallout: New Vegas on Steam. I bought Fallout 3 and the DLC for the Xbox 360 back when they were released. I don't have a lot of playtime on Steam in Fallout and Fallout 2, and no playtime for Tactics, but I've owned those as physical copies for about 12 years now and I've finished them all at least twice.
I'll have a go at that Photoshop drawing tomorrow.

sorry if the description doesn't make much sense, but i tried my best.
Flamephant
A Flamephant is a mutated version of the Asian Elephant. It is not certain how they ended up in North America, but it is possible that they have escaped from wildlife conservation parks.
Average Flamephants are approximately 4.5 m tall and weigh around 16 short tons, possibly even more. Their skin color is predominantly green with tints of yellow and red, although some Flamephants with other skin tones also exist. Their hide is extremely tough, and their muscle and bone structure are enhanced well beyond their original form.
Flamephants are larger than their non-mutated counterparts, and are able to breathe fire through their mouths and trunks, which serves them as both defensive and offensive weapons. They usually lack tusks, like the female Asian Elephant.
It is unknown if all the Flamephants were females before mutating since they are now genderless due to FEV exposure. They are also classified as omnivores.

And here's my creation. I have no creativity, but I hope it qualifies along with my screenshot. I only have New Vegas, with 30 fantastic hours of gameplay.
Firecat
The radiation affected this cat species by substantially increasing their temperature, literally boiling the water in their body and the blood that runs through their vein, to the point that their skin was affected as well. When threatened, they are able to produce molecules of fire that are thrown out through their mouth, although it doesn't reach a large distance, so they're not that dangerous to bigger threats; unless they get close, in which case they can cause small burns. They roam around the wasteland incredibly and sneakily fast, seeking rats or small-like preys and instantly cooking them for a meal. Throwing water at them will put them out to their death. Their meat is extremely poisonous though: if you ingest it, you will slowly burn from inside out until you die.

I own Fallout 1+2+tactics in a single DVD + FNV phisical copy but sadly I can't send a picture. I've finished F1 and F2 once, F3 and FNV twice and started FT but never finished since it lacked of the thing that I loved in the others: a good story and interaction with the world and the people.

Booby Trap - Dangerously booby
It actually a desert crab, radiation actually make the crab more intelligent.
It start when the crab see some group of human female lure their male prey into a trap using their voluptuous asset, to loot the prey's belonging.
Then he was in deep thinking why not use the same technique on human too,
So the crab adapt and try mimicking the attractive bewbs and the trap,
The Booby Trap is it's evolution into higher inteligence being.
