Gift won, winner didnt mark as received but made a giveaway and has now given it away

So after a 5 day giveaway of Shadow of Mordor the winner hasnt marked it as received 18 hours after they won. So i checked their account and they have now given the code i sent away. Is there a way we can get rid of these people?

I know its against the rules.

If at all possible you could also cancel the payment for the item, causing it to get revoked.

They have 7 days to mark as received.

Edit: He already had normal version. Why didnt you ask for reroll?

submit a ticket to support.
they have 7 days
and what you are doing is calling out, and YOU WILL get suspend for it... better close this thread now
