I would be careful with what you guys are suggesting here since using a US based adress to trick Amazon into selling you their digital wares is no different than using a VPN.

Yeah, I'd probably do both of those. Create a new Amazon account with American address by using a VPN.

Ive been doing some reading and there is some real messing around to get one. Amazon wants to make money and get it any which way they can, then it should be open for all to purchase and 'take my money now!' :)

It has probably something to do with US laws. Gamestop doesnt sell digital download licenses outside of US or Canada either.

Ok I have gotten to the point where I want to stick a hot poker in my eye over this. Various digital game sites have had the title, bundles on sale over the last 3 weeks and all were region locked. I've offered trades in groups for keys, stuff from my steam inv etc, think i'm going to go grab my twin cutter and demolition tools and go let off some steam!

Dawn of War? From Steamdb it seems there are only DE and AU versions of it. I don't think there are region locks for this.

The games with steam keys would've worked wherever you are. Same with the direct download versions. Only Deep Silver has strict region locking iirc.
