I didn't play Dota 2 for a few weeks now, but that just came to my mind when I read you are Russian.
Anyway, there are some decent people playing on European servers, so if you don't find anyone in particular, you can just play on those. If you understand/speak English, then I don't really see a problem. You could even translate Russian guys that don't speak English to normal European players and help the team that way.

I don't play Dota, still good to see people willing to speak English. I don't mind it when people say a few things to eachother in their own language, I just don't care for it when people hold whole conversations in their language for the entire game, regardless if I understand it or not.

I'm Russian and I'm 16 years old. I'd like to find some people to play dota and practice my English, thanks.
