To be honest, I don't know as there isn't really much fine print... I would recommend you sign up as its free and they may send you the email voucher to you in time. Plus, they do other unique vouchers for games in the past. Not trying to be a shill or anything...

That is strange. For me, clicking the big green "sign in" in the top right right and below where it asks for password is a link to "Forgot your password?"
