Indiegala have updated their page design.

The account page was never the best but it was ok for what it was. You could select the category of the bundle and then have all the bundles listed for that category on one page. Everything was right there.
Now you need to click through pages to find what you're looking for and depending on how much you've bought from them, this can take a while when searching for a specific bundle. (Even worse if you're not sure anymore what it was called.)

At least in my opinion this was not a worthwhile re-design (when it comes to the account page) and made things worse. But that's just me and I'm sure that there's some of you who like the change and actually prefer it this way.

As I'm trying to see the good in it I'm interested in your thoughts on the change below.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and to reveal a key you have to put in a pass code that gets sent to your email address. Not sure yet if that's for every key, but I was asked for one for the key that I wanted to reveal 5 minutes ago.
If it's a thing that has to be done for every single key? Please no... in the past I received pass codes sometimes as early as hours after the fact with codes that would work only for several minutes. Which then had to be repeated to just happen again that way. Which was quite the issue. We'll see how it goes with this one... but so far, no email with a pass code, yet.

EDIT 2: About 3.5 hours later and a pass code email still hasn't shown up, yet. I guess today (or what's left of that for me) I won't be able to access my keys on their page.

I love it!
I hate it!
I'm not a fan, but it's ok.
Before it was better!
I don't mind it for the shop - but they screwed up the account page.
Where are my bundles?
I don't mind it - the old one was outdated, so why not spice things up?!
Huh?
Mom... just 5 more minutes, please.

A lot of my bundles disappeared too.

Update: I e-mailed support and they fixed it promptly. It looks like a mess now, but at least all my keys are there :)

This redesign is bad. Regardless if it looks better, it doesn't work.
Most of my bundles still missing. Trying to do most other stuff:

Sorry, these data are not available at this moment.

New redesign and the key exporter scripts aren't working.

I wrote a quick script to export keys from gift bundles: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/402534-indie-gala-key-exporter

Unfortunately I didn't test for cases where you bought the bundle yourself.

Late to the topic but man, the new Indie gala update sucks.. At the very least they added an additional 15 bundles to the 5 they used to use, but it still takes forever to find anything.. Used to take a matter of seconds and my only hold backs were the long load times..

Now it takes triple that with having to search through page after page of nearly identical text which blends together after a while..

I can't believe I'm going to say I miss the old account page, even with the laggy crap, was still 10000% better then this one

Another redesign for their giveaway section - the raffle section where we spend credits for a chance to win a game. Cannot work out how to hide my owned games in this new layout. Also cannot check for just level zero giveaways, they only appear if I select "all".
Anybody know?

The link I've been using to display only level 0 giveaways is still working, so hopefully that helps.

No idea how you're supposed to do it through the UI;, since I just use that link I've had no need to poke around.

The 3 links I use are these so they show sorted by price.

https://www.indiegala.com/giveaways/1/price/desc/level/0
https://www.indiegala.com/giveaways/1/price/desc/level/1
https://www.indiegala.com/giveaways/1/price/desc/level/2

Its a subfolder on my bookmarks. A click opens them in tabs. It would be nicer if you could pick to show a level and lower.
My owned stuff no longer being hidden is a pain. I hope they fix it.

edit. I've always wondered by they allow you to enter for stuff you own. I avoid doing that on purpose.

Thank you for the links.
I agree about entering for games you already own - something I try to avoid. But I think some just enter for everything. I know that the keys do get recycled - users use those to regift to increase their level (I guess to increase their chances of winning by increasing their level). Some may take the keys and trade for games they really want, maybe.

Is anyone else having problems with their bundle purchases since the redesign? I've bought two bundles since then, and they've both sent me the emails saying to activate my keys, but I've had to contact support both times to get them to actually appear in my account.

Sorry to hear about your issues - it was a problem before the redesign already though. Sometimes you buy gift bundles but you don't get (all of) them and need to contact support about it. Luckily support typically is helpful but it's a pain with that bugged out shop. Which is why by now avoid buying form them.
