I activated the same game twice

Well today i get a gift for TRISTOY and activated it in my account. When i get back to my inventory it seems i had a copy for TRiSTOY and thought that i haven't activated it yet and proceeded add the game into my library.

When i look to my account history it says that i activated TRiSTOY twice.

Here is a image from that

Ultra weird, just contacted support if i can get the gift back and still keep the game in my library.

I dont really care if i get the extra copy or not, i didn't actually expect an extra copy, but it would be nice to have it.

While you activated the same game twice, they were in two different packages ("Tristoy" and "Tristoy Gift"), that is why.
If you are persistent enough, maybe you could get the other two packages and activate the game 4 times in total ;-)
