any idea why hb thinks i already own killing floor dlcs when i don't..? how do i activate em now?

Already got Vanishing of Ethan Carter, but Tier 1 insta buy for me, wanted to get Killing Floor and Shadow Complex Remastered for some time, so it comes perfectly.

I was missing 2 DLC's and 2 games from the first tier so I got it. I really want one game from tier 2 but still too expensive for me (already own Ethan and not interested in the Army Men multiplayer game). Still, a very good bundle.

Ordered once a bundle twice by accident trough paypal and the second order was automatically canceled after paypal opened a case.

I don't know. From what I know HB sells for personal use only, so 1 per account. If you need more, just ask someone to do it for himself.
If I were you I would ask them if it is allowed to order another copy of the bundle. If not, just ask a mate.

Buying the $1 tier for Shadow Complex Remastered since I have been looking into it recently. Also nice to get some Killing Floor DLC since I wouldn't have bought the weapon or character skins outside of a very cheap bundle.
