Couldn't agree more.
Fallout 3 is the only game I've ever bought on the release day (waited for it since completing Fallout 2 in the 90s), and the only PC game I played between 2000-2013. Since 2013 I'm back to PC the gaming for real, and waiting for November is nothing.

Personally, regarding released titles, Dying Light, followed closely by The Witcher 3.
On a side note, unreleased titles include Shadow Warrior 2, Dead Island 2, and Hellraid.
But yeah, they're pretty pricey and I'm just posting merely to share my wants. :)
